Numbers are growing

March 15, 2011

We now have about 50 stitchers & knitters on the ‘books’ and average 15-22 each Thursday session. There are some ladies (men?) who can’t make a Thursday so we are thinking about having a monthly Sunday afternoon session for them.

March 15, 2011

Our next workshop is on Sunday March 27th (Petham Village Hall) and we will be tackling intarsia. After a practice piece we will be knitting a hot water bottle cover with an intarsia design.

Do you like the button eyes?

The knitters will be creating their own designs (my personal one was based on the teddy in one of Debbie Bliss’s designs) and I can’t wait to see what they come up with.
